In the municipality of Odèn, thanks to the climate and soil characteristics, a type of potato is grown which has a taste and culinary properties which make it different to the ones from other places.

Mushroom preserves

Natural product from the Solsonès forests, dealt in an artisan way which is preserved in two different ways. Sterilized and dried. The different types are all typical from this area.
